Bombardier Inc. BBD-B-T has announced announced plans to expand its Singapore service centre.
The company says the new facility at JTC’s Seletar Aerospace Park will complement its existing service centre and nearly double its footprint.
Bombardier says the new operation represents a total planned investment of about SGD$100-million or the equivalent of $108-million by a local developer.
Construction is planned to begin in the second half of this year, with the start of operations expected in the second half of 2028.

Bombardier says the new facility is expected to offer a range of services, including scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, modifications, avionics installations and aircraft-on-ground support.
It is also intended to support aircraft recompletion activities, including paint and interior finishing.
