An announcement from Kinder Morgan ( (KMI) ) is now available.

On May 21, 2026, Kinder Morgan, Inc. entered into an Amended and Restated Revolving Credit Agreement with Barclays Bank PLC and a syndicate of lenders, replacing its prior $3.5 billion revolving credit facility dated August 20, 2021. The new arrangement extends the facility’s stated maturity from August 20, 2026 to May 21, 2031 and significantly increases the capacity for swingline loans from $50 million to $400 million.

The extended tenor and expanded swingline availability enhance Kinder Morgan’s financial flexibility and short‑term liquidity management, supporting its ability to fund working capital and other general corporate needs. This move may strengthen the company’s capital structure and improve its resilience in managing cash flows and financing requirements in the energy infrastructure sector.

The most recent analyst rating on (KMI) stock is a Buy with a $34.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Kinder Morgan stock, see the KMI Stock Forecast page.

Spark’s Take on KMI Stock

According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, KMI is a Outperform.

The score is driven primarily by strong cash-flow performance and a very constructive earnings call (raised outlook, strong YoY growth, and a growing project backlog). The main constraints are moderate leverage and a valuation that is reasonable but not clearly cheap, while technicals are supportive but somewhat overextended.
