A commendable festival screens films by and about people with what society sees as impairments. Among the highlights is The Rainbow Kid (May 17, 7 p.m., OCAD University), a gritty coming-of-age odyssey set in rural Ontario, starring Dylan Harman as a young man with Down syndrome and pot-of-gold dreams.
