Ken Tencer is a contributing writer for The Globe and Mail. He is the CEO of Spyder Works and co-developer of The 90% Rule, a success-tested innovation process that enables businesses of all sizes to identify, filter and implement growth opportunities.
Ken is the co-author of two books about innovation, The 90% Rule and Cause a Disturbance. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) from the Sprott School of Business at Carleton University and a Masters of Science in International Management from Boston University from its campus in Brussels, Belgium. Ken has also received a joint certificate from the Institute of Corporate Directors and the Joseph L. Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, for the small and medium-sized enterprises Board Effectiveness Program.
He has sat on a number of for profit and not-for-profit Boards, and served as a member of the Advisory Board for the Conference Board of Canada’s Centre for Business Innovation.
