Mike Moffatt is the founding director of the University of Ottawa's Missing Middle Initiative, a think tank looking at how to help young middle-class Canadians, and is co-host of the Missing Middle podcast. Mike has held a number of roles in academia, policy research and development, and government, including serving as the chief innovation fellow to the Canadian government.
