Moira Wyton is an audience editor based in The Globe and Mail's Vancouver bureau, where she focuses on service journalism breaking down major national, international and political stories for readers. She also writes the weekly Real Estate newsletter.

Born and raised in Alberta, Moira reported on politics, public health and justice issues across Western Canada for more than five years, first at the Edmonton Journal and then at The Tyee and at CBC News in Vancouver and Saskatchewan. Her reporting for The Tyee on rising violence against B.C. health-care workers and anti-Indigenous racism in the medical system has been recognized by national and provincial journalism awards.
