Ironbridge Equity Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Walton to the role of President where he will lead the day-to-day activities of the firm succeeding Alan Sellery, Executive Chair and Founder. Mr. Walton joined Ironbridge in 2014 and has over 30 years of experience and success in private equity investing, portfolio company leadership as a CEO and CFO, and corporate advisory.
Mr. Walton is a Chartered Accountant (SAICA), holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and Accounting Honours from the University of Cape Town, and is a graduate of the Institute of Corporate Directors at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.
