The Board of Directors of The Empire Life Insurance Company (Empire Life) is pleased to announce the appointment of Benoit Patry to the Company’s Board of Directors.
Mr. Patry is a Board Member of Kaleido Croissance, a financial institution that distributes and sells Registered Education Savings Plans.
He retired from Deloitte Canada after 39 years of experience in public accounting, including 27 years as a Partner. He advised Directors and Executives on international financial reporting, auditing standards, governance, and regulatory compliance. Mr. Patry has successfully led complex engagements for top-tier clients across industries including asset management, telecom, insurance, private equity, and mining.
His knowledge and expertise in finance, combined with his corporate leadership and advisory skills make him a valuable addition to the Empire Life Board.
