
Jean Trudel, President and Chief Executive Officer, InnergexSUPPLIED
Innergex announced the appointment of Jean Trudel as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective March 13, 2026. With the company since 2002, Mr. Trudel has played a pivotal role in shaping Innergex’s financial strategy and driving its growth. Over the years, he has held a number of senior leadership positions spanning finance, treasury, communications, mergers and acquisitions, and development. Since 2022, he has served as Chief Financial Officer, overseeing finance, accounting, audit, taxation, information technology, operational technology, and continuous improvement. His appointment reflects a carefully planned transition and a clear commitment to strategic continuity.
Mr. Trudel succeeds Michel Letellier, who is retiring after nearly 30 years with Innergex. Mr. Letellier will remain involved as Advisor to the President and Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Corporation’s Investment Committee to support a smooth leadership transition.
Today, Innergex operates more than 4,400 MW of capacity across 89 facilities in Canada, the United States, France, and Chile. The Corporation continues to advance its growth strategy, grounded in performance, financial discipline, and responsible development, in partnership with host communities.
