Kevin MacIntosh, Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer, Capital PowerSUPPLIED
As Capital Power accelerates its next phase of disciplined growth, we are pleased to announce the appointment Kevin MacIntosh as Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer to steward our strategy and drive long-term shareholder value.
With over 30 years of financial experience, Kevin leads Capital Power’s financial functions including Treasury, Financial Reporting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Tax and Investor Relations. He is also responsible for our Enterprise Risk Management processes.
Prior to his current role, Kevin served as Vice President and Controller for Suncor Energy. Kevin brings deep expertise as a senior finance leader working across publicly traded energy companies in North America. His background includes leading large, complex, merger and acquisition focused organizations with cross-border operations.
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Dalhousie University and CPA-CGA designations.
