AtkinsRéalis Group Inc. ATRL-T says it has acquired ADG Capital Pty Ltd., an Australian engineering consulting firm.
Financial terms of the deal were not immediately available.
Founded in 2002, ADG specializes in structural and civil engineering and construction services.
AtkinsRéalis says the addition of ADG’s approximately 250 professionals to its existing team in Australia will help grow its presence in the market.
AtkinsRéalis chief executive Ian Edwards called it an exciting moment for the company’s business in Australia and welcomed the ADG employees.
Edwards says combining ADG’s responsiveness and client focus in local project delivery with his company’s global platform will support growth.
