Russian oil producer Lukoil’s chief executive said on Thursday that the oil output deal between OPEC and its allies should stay in place permanently and that volumes of oil outlined within it could be changed.

Lukoil CEO Vagit Alekperov was speaking at Lukoil’s annual general meeting in Moscow.
