Travel restrictions ease at Canada-U.S. land border but testing requirement a frustration

Fully-vaccinated Canadians can cross the Canada-U.S. land border for non-essential travel for the first time in nearly 20 months. But the requirement for returning travellers to have a recent negative COVID-19 test is facing criticism.
