The Globe and Mail hosted a virtual iteration of its second annual Report on Business magazine Growth Camp - an event hosted exclusively for the organizations named to the 2020 ROB Top Growing Companies list.

Growth Camp provides a space for rapidly expanding business owners and entrepreneurs to discuss the pressing issues facing their businesses with like-minded peers. As expected, at the top of everyone’s mind during this year’s discussions was the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on all aspects of the economy, but especially the role it has played in forcing companies to quickly pivot to entirely new avenues of growth while maintaining revenue and a healthy internal culture.

Below, you’ll find replays of the two plenary sessions featured at Growth Camp 2020. In the first, three Top Growing entrepreneurs discuss how they’ve responded to the challenges they were presented with during a turbulent year. In the second, the discussion shifts to the future, as entrepreneurs grapple with how the lessons they’ve learned during the pandemic will inform their business strategies going forward.
