A man from Lethbridge, Alta., is accused of multiple sex offences involving a 13-year-old girl.
The Alberta Law Enforcement Response Team says investigators got a tip last September about someone allegedly involved in sexualized online chats with an underage girl during which it's believed nude photos were exchanged.
The team also alleges the girl was enticed away from her caregivers and sexually assaulted.
A 37-year-old man was arrested Feb. 22 at his Lethbridge home and a number of computers and electronic devices were seized.
Gary Lippa will appear in court March 9 to face charges that include sexual assault, sexual interference, abduction, child luring and various child pornography-related counts.
Investigators don't think there are any other alleged victims.
