The Progressive Conservatives and New Democrats are the only political parties that will have a full slate of 87 candidates in the May 5 Alberta provincial election.
Elections Alberta says the Wildrose party has candidates in 86 ridings.

Notley says 46 of the NDP's candidates are women.
The Alberta Liberals will run 56 candidates, mainly in the cities.
The Alberta Party will have 36 candidates, the Green Party 24, Social Credit six, the Communists two and there are 15 Independents.
