Defenceman Jake Bean scored two of Calgary's five power-play goals as the Hitmen downed the visiting Regina Pats 5-1 on Sunday in Western Hockey League action.

Radel Fazleev scored once and set up two more for the Hitmen (6-3-1) while Travis Sanheim chipped in with three assists. Bean also tacked on a helper for a three-point night.

Chase Lang and Jordy Stallard rounded out the Calgary offence as Lasse Petersen made 19 saves for the win.

Adam Berg kept the Pats (5-5-0) from being blanked. Tyler Brown stopped 28-of-33 shots in defeat.

The Hitmen went 5 for 7 on the power play while Regina failed to score on three chances with the man advantage.
