A firefighter was taken to hospital after battling a blaze in New Brunswick's capital.
Fredericton Fire Platoon Captain Peter McMurtrie says crews were called to a multi-unit commercial building at the corner of King and Northumberland streets around 9 p.m. Friday.
McMurtrie says one firefighter was taken to hospital with minor injuries and later released.
He says the fire damage was contained to one unit, but there is smoke damage throughout the building.
The building is home to several businesses, including Tommy's Flooring and Capital Pool and Spa.
The cause of the blaze is under investigation. (CKHJ)
