Police in Newfoundland say a man has died after he lost control of his vehicle and flipped.
The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary says the crash happened Thursday afternoon on Outer Ring Road in St. John's during heavy rain.
They say the driver was travelling east when he lost control of the vehicle, drove into the median and rolled a number of times before coming to rest in the westbound lane.
Police say the 36-year-old driver died sometime overnight in hospital.
He was the only occupant of the vehicle. (VOCM)
