Police in Nova Scotia say a pizza delivery man was robbed at gunpoint while trying to make a delivery just outside Halifax.

RCMP say the man went to a home on Cherry Brook Road in Cherry Brook to deliver a pizza just before midnight on Sunday.

The Mounties say two masked males brandished a shotgun and left the scene with money and a pizza.

Police are asking the public for information on the incident.
