Eldorado Gold (TSX:ELD) says environment officials in Greece have revoked approval for its Greek subsidiary, Hellas Gold S.A., to complete final construction of the processing plant at its Skouries project. Eldorado says it believe the notice from the Ministry of Productive Reconstruction, Energy and Environment has no legal basis and will take action to protect its legal rights if necessary. The notice came n the form a letter received by the company on Friday in which the ministry said it may reverse its decision once it completes an internal review process.
