Two bodies have been found in a suburban Vancouver home where police said they were investigating a suspicious death.

Sgt. Stephanie Ashton of the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team says officers have been on the scene in Coquitlam, B.C., since Thursday afternoon.

She says police were still trying to identify the victims on Friday.

Ashton has not said how the two died or released information about the sex or age of either person.

She says IHIT is working with Coquitlam RCMP to determine what happened in the house.

Police are urging any witnesses to contact them.
