1. Hawaiian Airlines, 89.5 per cent

2. Delta Air Lines 89.4 per cent

3. Spirit Airlines, 87.1 per cent

4. Alaska Airlines, 86.0 per cent

5. United Airlines, 86.0 per cent

6. American Airlines, 85.1 per cent

7. Southwest Airlines, 84.6 per cent

8. Frontier Airlines, 82.1 per cent

9. SkyWest Airlines, 81.7 per cent

10. ExpressJet, 80.6 per cent

11. JetBlue Airways, 79.6 per cent

12. Virgin America, 73.3 per cent

Total for all covered airlines: 84.8 per cent
