1. Hawaiian Airlines, 92.6 per cent

2. Alaska Airlines, 87.8 per cent

3. SkyWest, 81.5 per cent

4. Delta Air Lines, 79.9 per cent

5. Southwest Airlines, 79.8 per cent

6. United Airlines, 77.5 per cent

7. Virgin America, 73.9 per cent

8. ExpressJet, 73.7 per cent

9. JetBlue Airways, 73.0 per cent

10. American Airlines, 71.9 per cent

11. Spirit Airlines, 71.8 per cent

12. Frontier Airlines, 65.9 per cent

Total for all reporting airlines: 77.6 per cent
