Trump International Hotel workers have narrowly voted to unionize at the Las Vegas property owned by the Republican presidential front-runner.
The National Labor Relations Board said Monday that just over 50 per cent of the valid ballots were cast in favour of a union.
The election was held Friday and Saturday at the hotel just off the Las Vegas Strip.
There were 447 valid votes counted from the 523 eligible voters who are full-time, part-time and on-call employees in guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage.
The results can be certified after a 7-day objection period.
The Culinary Union declaring victory in a statement called for the hotel to start contract negotiations.
Trump company officials couldn't immediately be reached.
The effort to unionize started last year but complaints postponed a previous vote.
