Stratford Festival productions of "King Lear," "Antony and Cleopatra" and "King John" are heading to CBC-TV.
The public broadcaster says the Shakespeare plays will air uninterrupted Sunday afternoons this September.
The performances were filmed live in high definition at the celebrated classical theatre festival in southern Ontario.
"King Lear," which airs Sept. 6, stars Colm Feore and is directed by the festival's artistic director Antoni Cimolino.
"Antony and Cleopatra" airs Sept. 20 and stars Geraint Wyn Davies and Yanna McIntosh.
"King John" airs Sept. 27 and stars Tom McCamus.
