USA Network will air a weekly Premier League match this season.
Once a mainstay for sports, the cable channel has been slowly getting back into it. Earlier this year, USA televised NHL playoff games.
The English soccer matches are part of parent company NBCUniversal's Premier League rights deal. Starting Saturday with U.S. goalie Tim Howard's Everton squad against Watford, USA will broadcast at least 40 games. NBC said Thursday that most will be at 10 a.m. ET on Saturdays when NBCSN will also be airing a match.
