A sex video involving wrestler Hulk Hogan is the subject of another federal court action as a celebrity gossip website is suing the FBI, trying to obtain investigation documents related to the recording.

The Tampa Tribune (http://goo.gl/8oAVsB) reports that Gawker is now seeking FBI investigation records, saying they're essential for the defence of a pending $100 million lawsuit filed by Hogan, a Clearwater Beach resident whose real name is Terry Bollea.

Hogan sued Gawker after the website posted a story and a portion of the video, which the pro wrestler said was made without his knowledge. The video depicted Hogan having sex with Heather Clem, then the wife of radio shock jock Bubba the Love Sponge Clem.

Gawker asserted Hogan was aware that the recording was being made.
