A jury has found a man not guilty of manslaughter in a deadly fire at a Winnipeg bathhouse.
Justin Rosdobutko, who is 31, was charged with setting the fire at the Aquarius Bath House in October 2009.
Steven Yablonski, who was 23, and 62-year-old Robert Clark died of smoke inhalation.
Yablonski, a popular local entertainer, and Clark, who was from Saskatchewan, died of smoke inhalation, and up to 40 others escaped the massive blaze.
The fire caused about $500,000 damage.
The original trial began in February 2014 but the judge declared a mistrial after new evidence came forward about what exactly caused the fires.
