Patrice Cormier scored the go-ahead goal midway through the third period to lift the Manitoba Moose to a 2-1 victory over the Grand Rapids Griffins on Tuesday in American Hockey League action.
Chase De Leo also scored for Manitoba (10-17-4), finding the back of the net on a power play 19:32 into the first period.
Eric Tangredi tied the game 1-1 with a power-play goal for the Griffins (19-11-1) late in the second period.
Eric Comrie stopped 37 shots for the win. Jared Coreau made 24 saves in the losing effort.
