RCMP have arrested a Winnipeg man who was taking pictures of children on a beach east of the city.
Police say the 33-year-old man is under court orders to not own a computer or any electronic device with Internet access.
Officers say he was carrying a smart phone, a tablet and a laptop when he was confronted by police on Saturday.
David Pearson has been charged with three counts of failing to comply with the conditions of an undertaking.
He already faces child pornography charges that date back to 2011. (CJOB)
