Three men are back in jail after making a run for it from the Dauphin Correctional Centre.
Early Sunday morning, the trio climbed over a fence and were seen heading east.
Moments later, investigators were told of a garage break-in at a nearby residence.
Officers searched the area and within 30 minutes of the initial report, one escapee was arrested.
Around 3:30 a.m., the other two suspects were back in custody after being arrested in the Swan River area.
The three men in their twenties have each been charged with escaping custody.
