A judge has granted bail to a Winnipeg woman accused of abducting her own children.
Sandra Giesbrecht, who is 44, was arrested last June after she was found by police with her 11-year-old daughter and nine-year-old son.
She wasn't supposed to be with them, and is facing child abduction charges and fleeing a peace officer.
Giesbrecht's release comes with strict conditions, including no contact whatsoever with her kids or husband and continued counselling on parenting.
Details of the bail hearing cannot be reported due to a court-ordered publication ban.
It was the third time Giesbrecht had applied for bail.
