Two teens are under arrest following separate incidents in Rockland, Ont., east of Ottawa.

Provincial police say officers were called to Rockland High School on Thursday to investigate a report of threats to cause bodily harm with a weapon.

Police say a 17-year-old boy was arrested and charges are pending.

On Thursday afternoon, police say they received a report of a male carrying a firearm walking on a street in Rockland.

Investigators say a second 17-year-old boy was arrested and charges are pending.

Police say the incidents were not related and they're continuing to investigate.
