Adam Jones scored four goals and added five assists to lead the Toronto Rock over the Buffalo Bandits 20-13 on Saturday night for their first win of the National Lacrosse League season.

Rob Hellyer and Tom Schreiber each had hat tricks for Toronto (1-2). Brett Hickey, Challen Rogers and Dan Craig all struck twice with Drew Belgrave, Brock Sorensen, Kieran McArdle and Sheldon Burns rounding out the attack.

Callum Crawford led the Bandits (1-2) with a hat trick. Mark Steenhuis, Josh Byrne, Mitch Jones and Dhane Smith all scored twice while Nick Weiss and Chase Fraser also chipped in.

Nick Rose made 39 saves for the win in net. Zach Higgins took the loss by turning away 33-of-45 shots in 43:43 of relief. Alex Buque started for Buffalo and allowed seven goals on 15 shots.

The Rock were 2 for 2 on the power play while the Bandits went 3 for 4.
