An early morning fire east of Toronto has left a family homeless.
Police say the blaze broke out around 6 a.m. at a home in Pickering, which was quickly engulfed by the flames.
They say everyone inside was able to escape safely, though some may have suffered from smoke inhalation.
An investigation is underway. (680News)
