A spa in Guelph is facing a slew of charges for alleged bylaw infractions including nudity, services not listed and fees not listed.
Holistic Service Spas faces a total of 34 charges which could lead to more than $15,000 in fines with convictions.
Const. Mike Gatto says police want to ensure that businesses operating in the city adhere to the bylaws.
He added there are five spas currently in the city but that at one point, there were as many as 13.
Police say they're actively monitoring the bylaw compliance of licensed spas in Guelph.
