Ontario Provincial Police are investigating the death of a male pedestrian who they say was hit by a vehicle in Minden Hills Township.

They say the pedestrian was stuck Sunday evening at an intersection on Highway 35.

Investigators say he was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.

They say the name of the deceased is being withheld until next of kin are notified, and that more information about the incident will be released once it becomes available.
