Police say a 42-year-old cyclist has died after a crash during a group ride in the Niagara Region.
Investigators say the man, who is from Pelham, Ont., lost control of his bike while riding in Wainfleet, Ont., and fell to the ground.
They say he hit his head and was struck by another cyclist who wasn't able to stop or dodge in time.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene. The second cyclist was not injured.
Police say they continue to investigate.
