Police say a Toronto-area man who posed as a prospective buyer at an open house is accused of stealing women's underwear from a bedroom dresser.
It's alleged the incident took place on July 26 at a home in Markham.
Police say a man was at an open house when he was captured on surveillance video taking underwear from a drawer in the master bedroom.
They say officers searched the suspect's home and found more women's underwear.
Siu-But Chui, 65, is charged with theft under $5,000 and possession of property obtained by crime.
Police are asking real estate agents and anyone who has hosted an open house in the area to contact them if they are aware of similar thefts.
