A Pickering, Ont., man is to appear in court on Wednesday facing charges related to human trafficking.
Halton Regional Police say the 20-year-old is accused of human trafficking offences involving a child under the age of 18.
Police say officers in investigating a missing person report located the child and her alleged pimp at a hotel in Mississauga, Ont., on Tuesday.
Police say Shaquille Robichard is charged with counts that include trafficking in a person under 18, receiving material benefit under 18, and possession of marijuana.
Robichard is scheduled to appear in Milton court on Wednesday morning.
