A 71-year-old visitor from India has been charged with sexual assault in Ottawa.
Local police say the alleged incident took place on Thursday in Kanata area.
They say a man inappropriately touched an employee at an unnamed store while shopping there.
Police were called and arrested the man at a neighbouring store.
Milkhi Mittal is charged with one count of sexual assault.
He is due to appear in court later today.
