Toronto police say one person has died after a car collided with the back of a transit bus in a northeastern part of the city.
Police say they received a call about the collision around 6:30 a.m. on Tuesday.
They say a car driven by a 52-year-old woman carrying two passengers crashed into a Toronto Transit Commission bus.
Police say a 26-year-old man in the car was pronounced dead at the scene while at least one other was taken to hospital with injuries.
They say no one on the bus was hurt.
The investigation continues.
