Provincial police are seeking the public's help in identifying those responsible for a couple of "smoke bomb" incidents in Brighton, Ont.

Police say the incidents occurred last Friday afternoon and night in the community about 30 kilometres west of Belleville.

In the first incident, police say a smoke bomb was thrown in the door of the Brighton Legion.

A second smoke bomb was thrown in the door of a Brighton apartment complex about six hours later.

No injuries are reported, but police say the fire department had to respond to both incidents.
