Hamilton police are investigating what they believe is the city's first homicide of the year.
Detectives were called to the Admiral Inn early Saturday morning where they found the body of 25-year old Tammy Le of Markham in one of the guest rooms.
Police say Le had been staying at the hotel.
There's no word yet on how she died, and police aren't saying whether they have a suspect in the case.
