A Hamilton man is dead after he lost control of his ATV and crashed in Flamborough.
It happened at around 2:15 p.m. Saturday.
Area residents who witnessed the accident called emergency services and gave first aid until paramedics arrived.
The 52-year-old man was taken to Hamilton General Hospital where he died of his injuries.
Police say alcohol is being investigated as a contributing factor in the crash.
The man's identity has not been released.
