A 69-year-old man has been charged with fraud after police say thousands of dollars were taken from an elderly woman's bank account near Owen Sound.
Provincial police say a relative of the 94-year-old Dundalk woman reported the incident on Aug. 11.
It's alleged a man had been using the woman's debit card to withdraw money from her account since December 2011.
The accused, whose name has not been released, is due in court Sept. 25.
