A Quebec man has been shot to death by someone who then made off on a bike.
Provincial police say the victim was in his 50s.
The shooting occurred this morning in Mirabel, north of Montreal.
Local authorities say it took place in the parking lot of a centre that helps families in need.
Police arrived on the scene to find a man in his vehicle.
He was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
