A man believed to be in his 60's has died after he was stabbed early today in northeast Toronto.
The victim was found on the sidewalk in front of a home (near Eglinton Avenue and Laird Drive) just after midnight.
Paramedics say the victim suffered severe wounds to his leg and that he later died in hospital.
While police are treating the incident as a suspicious death, it's not believed to be a homicide or a suicide.
They are investigating whether it could have been accidental. (AM640,CFRB)
