A 39-year-old man is facing a manslaughter charge in connection with the death of a man found in a Toronto bus shelter.
Police say Duane Small, 44, was discovered (near Victoria Park Avenue and Sheppard Avenue East) early Tuesday, suffering from traumatic injuries.
He was taken to hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
A post-mortem examination has determined the cause of death was blunt-impact head trauma.
Charged is Raymond McCurdy of Toronto.
